Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NOVA E-Loading Business platform (“NOVA”, “we”, “us”), including e-loading, bills payment, daily tasks, referral credits, vouchers and wallet withdrawals (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, No Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
  • You may hold only one NOVA account. Duplicate, shared or purchased accounts may be suspended without notice.
  • You must provide true, current and complete information and keep it up to date.

2. Accounts and activation codes

Every account is created with a one-time activation code issued by NOVA or an authorized code seller. An activation code can be used only once and is consumed the moment an account is created with it. NOVA is not responsible for codes bought from unauthorized sellers.

You are responsible for keeping your password, payout PIN and any one-time codes confidential, and for all activity under your account. Only one active session is allowed per account; signing in on a new device ends the previous session. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

NOVA staff will never ask for your password, payout PIN or one-time codes.

3. The Services

  • E-loading. Prepaid load is purchased from your E-Load wallet, which is topped up through receipts that we verify. You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number and network.
  • Bills payment. Requests are paid from your available balance and are reviewed by the NOVA team before processing.
  • Daily tasks. Completed tasks earn small credits subject to a daily limit, countdown timers and anti-abuse checks.
  • Referrals. Referral credits follow the program rules published in your dashboard at the time the credit is earned.
  • Vouchers. Voucher codes can be redeemed once and have no cash value outside the platform.

4. Wallet balances and withdrawals

Wallet balances represent credits recorded on the platform. They are not bank deposits, do not earn interest and are not insured by the PDIC.

  • The minimum withdrawal is ₱300.00, and one request may be submitted per day for each balance type.
  • A 10% service charge is deducted from each withdrawal. The net amount is shown before you confirm.
  • Payouts are sent to the GCash, Maya or GoTyme account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details.
  • Requests are reviewed manually and are usually processed within 24 hours, but may take longer. We may require identity (KYC) verification before releasing any payout.
  • We may hold, reverse or decline a withdrawal tied to suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks or a breach of these Terms.

5. Fees and pricing

Fees, service charges, task credits, referral rates and minimums are shown on the platform and may change. Changes apply from the time they are published and do not affect transactions already completed.

6. No guarantee of income

NOVA is a services platform, not an investment or employment opportunity. Task and referral credits are incidental rewards and we make no promise of any level of earnings. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by using bots or scripts, creating multiple accounts, manipulating tasks or referrals, submitting fake receipts or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account, and forfeit credits obtained through a violation, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect other members or the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Legitimately earned balances that meet the withdrawal requirements may be requested before closure. Activation codes are not refunded on closure.

9. Third-party services

Load, bills payment and payouts depend on telecommunication networks, billers and e-wallet providers that we do not control. Delays or failures caused by those providers are outside our responsibility, although we will help you follow up on affected transactions.

10. Intellectual property

The NOVA name, logo, interface and content belong to NOVA E-Loading Business or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, NOVA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your own error (such as a wrong mobile number or payout account), by third-party providers, or by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the transaction that gave rise to it.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold NOVA harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you through the platform. Continuing to use the Services after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Unresolved disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines.
